Linear advance is not going to fix the problems you're showing here.
I would recommend starting with the basics. Check the tightness of each eccentric wheel, check the tightness of your belts, make sure the vref is set properly on the stepper drivers (and that the steppers are not getting too hot), and check for a clogged nozzle.
You mentioned that you've tried a direct drive, so i assume you've completely disassembled and modified the hot-end and various other parts of the printer. You should re-check proper operation now that you've put it back to stock configuration. Try printing basics like the 20mm cube until it comes out perfectly.
If all of the mechanical components are properly operating, then the most important missing piece is a good slicer profile. Start with a profile for a CR-10 since it is mechanically nearly identical. Make sure you have retract set to 5mm or more and that the extrusion multiplier is not larger than 100%.

"Check the tightness of each eccentric wheel".- Is Ok
"check the tightness of your belts".- Is Ok
"make sure the vref is set properly on the stepper drivers (and that the steppers are not getting too hot".- Only the 'y' stepper is heated. I'll check it.
"check for a clogged nozzle".- Is Ok
Yes, I have mounted the extruder in the head, although I will reassemble the original, i do not see any improvement with it. I also replaced the hotend with another with heat break. now it's better. The 20mm cube is perfect.
The printer is configured as cr10. I print it with sd card.
Retraction is set to 6 mm. If it is higher than 6 missing material when restarting the impression.
The multiplier is set to 102%., if more low missing material
