Filament issue

I just got my A30 printer and the filament for my #0 stops feeding or doesnt feed at all constantly. I can see that the wheel is turning to push it through but it feels stuck. If start pushing it super hard it goes again. I tried adjusting the tension with the screw on the side but it doesnt seem to change anything.

Any ideas? This is really frustrating as it makes the printer useless.

Nozzle temp is right at 200C
Filament is geeetech brand PLA

I have also been having this problem and have figured out that the fan settings aren't being translated to the machine properly. There are separate settings for the first layer and the rest.
