How do I replace my Geeetech A30 thermistor?

I had many problems, but this, hopefully being the last, is replacing my Geeetech A30 thermistor. For the two loose wires on my new thermistor, it was not made clear where they would go, topped with the problem of removing the two loose wires from the previous thermistor. My previous thermistor would make bubbles of hot air explode and would read 200°C at over 240°C, so I have to get this replacement done as soon as possible. I request your assistance in solving this problem. Please provide me with step-by-step instructions on how to replace my Geeetech A30 thermistor with a new one.
