I got my printer a few weeks ago. It was printing fine. Yesterday, after printing something without any errors or warnings I wanted to print something else and I got this problem. Hotend stays cold and doesn't heat up even a little bit. If I try to print something or try to manually heat up in the menu, it gives me this warning.

I tried to connect via USB cable but both easyprint 3d and repetier says cannot connect to COM5 which is the port printer is connected.

Any ideas or help is much appreciated!

Hardware version: V1.6

Hello, please carefully check the adapter plate on the extrusion head of your printer, and check whether the heating rod and thermistor wire are connected properly. This error is caused by poor contact and is easy to repair.
