This is my first out of box print.
Any advise will be helpful

Hi,it maybe lack material or nozzle clogged.

Second print. Still have no idea on how to setup or fix the issue.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,the solid areas show spongy spots,
which may be due to insufficient extrusion when the printer cannot provide the correct amount of material needed for the correct printed layer.
1. You can check the filament path for blocked or strongly rubbed areas.
2. You can check whether the nozzle is blocked.
3. The number of top layers may be insufficient, and the number of layers can be increased accordingly.
4. Insufficient extrusion material may cause the nozzle to fail to meet the expected requirements, which can be adjusted by adjusting the extrusion amount.
