I3 PRO W Z axis move wrong

Hi,
I just bought a new geeetch I3 Pro W and I follow instruction when update the FW and changing setting in Marlin /Arduino. I can home all axes and go in "prepare" submenu to movings axes I choose 1mm step and X and Y are moving the right travel distance.. BUT Z axis is much bigger travel than 1mm !!! How to fix that ? Instead of moving up 1 mm the travel distance is 6mm...
