Brand new E180 Mini not working!

2nd printer I buy that doesn't work, this is GREAT!

Just unpacked my pre-assembled E180 Mini,
Used the onscreen auto leveling feature with a piece of paper to level,

First print; got half the first layer correct then started pushing it all around,
Second print; now it doesn't extrude.

Does anybody on this website speak english?
Does this company have actual real customers?

So far I have a dead G2S Pro ($400) and a dead E180 Mini ($180)
and my experience with Geeetech is 0/10 due to lack of support and lying about products!!

I tried re-feeding the PLA into the E180 Mini, now it doesn't extrude at all.
This is the worst product I have ever bought online so far.
