Order issue

Hi!

I've already bought 2 x Geeetech i3 Pro B, a Geeetech A10 and just ordered a Geeetech A30 over various channels and had no problems so far. Filament ordered through third party like amazon also always worked.

However, on the 2nd of January (!) I ordered 5 rolls of white PLA directly by contacting jocelin, as we are planning to expand our business with 3d printed products and wanted to test the supply chain before ordering larger batches.The bill was paid instantly but I never received the filament. Upon inquiry, jocelin said that something went wrong with the shipment and said she'll get a replacement shipment out. However, as it is the 9th of May now, I doubt I will ever receive it.

All E-Mails I've sent to jocelin and sales have not been answered for weeks and I can not reach anybody via Skype, which is the reason why I'm posting the issue on the forum to hopefully get a reply.

Invoice Date: 02 Jan 2019

Please just refund the amount I paid and I'll order my filament from amazon in the future.

But did you consider that Jocelin may have been absent from work for a long time for some reason?

Hi!

Yes, it did occur to me that she might be absent. That is why the last few weeks I've been writing to all other geeetech E-mail adresses I know of, including sales@geeetech.com

*sigh* Almost another month gone and I did not get any reply on the issue. Soon clocking in half a year for this issue, guys!
