first print: nozzle scratched circles into bed

Hi.

I received a Mecreator II and followed the manual - towards my first print.
Used SD card and chose a test file.

The nozzle ran deeply into the bed (bed tilted), and when the print started
the nozzle scratched away the blue tape and scratched cirlces into the bed.
I had to abort the process.

It seems the auto-home of the z-axix doesn´t work?
It does the same when I press auto-home.
Please assist.
