Multiple issues with E180 out-of-the-box

A product that was nicely designed (E180) that supposed to be user friendly gets already very bad reputation on internet.
I will give bellow a list of issues I've got (I'm not the only one):
- Bed had the timing belt detached, one of the bolt didn't fit well the screw
- The pulleys on the bed are deformed
- The spool holder, even looks nice, is useless w/o patching it. Uneven holes, improper designed screws, etc.
- Provided Nozzle didn't work well from start. It leaks dirty material over the objects. Luckily there is a second one provided
- Serial Communication errors with Repetier, Octoprint, .... Easyprint probably hides them. Result: Erratically interrupted prints and missing G-codes
- The internal USB cable from the connector to the board is un-shielded. This might open a new jar of worms
- Firmware update process is not working well. e.g. Display update doesn't work w/o card, but mainboard does
- Improper object shape on X/Y diagonals. This is my current issue.
- ...
I let the list open since I'm not sure what comes next.
And now some suggestions:
- Use an open Firmware, if not... Make it open. Same with the software.
- Make the printer work first with "standard" software/slicers then with your "proprietary" software
- DO NOT "fake" the gcodes on the SD-Card. Objects printed from the SDCard look great, that's not the case with user's sliced objects. I have the feeling the objects on the sd-card are done to look good
- Recognize you have some issues and do not let the users struggle with them on forums. Make a short how-to wiki where you present them honestly
