As far as I know, the Pro X can't be upgraded with 2-in-1-out hotend.

I'm pretty sure your board supports dual extruders so it can be done, it'd just take a bit to make it work since you're going from direct drive to a bowden style setup.
You'd probably need at least:
1x Stepper Driver https://www.geeetech.com/stepper-driver ... -1007.html
PTFE tubing (1 meter should do) https://www.geeetech.com/1m-ptfe-tubing ... p-812.html
2x Pneumatic fittings https://www.geeetech.com/pneumatic-stra ... p-642.html
1x stepper motor https://www.geeetech.com/nema17-stepper ... p-696.html
1x Extruder kit https://www.geeetech.com/mk8-extruder-f ... p-996.html
1x Hotend (I think your carriage will work with it) https://www.geeetech.com/2in1out-hotend-p-934.html
2x Extruder mounting plates (They mount to the top acrylic z-plates on the m201 I don't know if you can do that on yours so you may have to drill holes or be creative to make it work) https://www.geeetech.com/mk8-extruder-m ... p-948.html
Since the hotend hangs lower than the MK8, you'll probably need a longer Z-stop screw as well.
I make no guarantees that this will make it work for you (I've never touched the i3 x) but this is probably your minimum shopping list.
Good luck if you try it.
Note: if you do this, you won't get the M201 mixing feature since that requires the special board that they don't sell.
