When I got my Me Creator, the extruder motor worked. And I nearly had success with my first print. I increased my temperatures and voila! The extruder stopped working. Let me be specific:
I can manually move the X, Y, and Z with the knob. The Extruder, gives No action.
Extruder and bed are up to temperature.
The motor is enabled (I cannot turn it by hand)
The voltage from the power-supply is set to 110 (America)
The display IS working.
ALL of the AXIS are WORKING.
I've tested the cable and tried swapping the motor drivers around. No good.
I connected the extruder to the Z axis and tested the motor.
So:
Motor good
Cable good
Driver good
At this point, I can only assume it's a firmware issue. Has anyone had success reflashing firmware? I'd hate to botch it and be minus 1 3d printer.
I think I have a NEW extruder problem
Re: I think I have a NEW extruder problem
As you described above,
1)The heating of extruder is OK
2)Motor good
3)Cable good
4)Driver good
So i assume the extruder socket on your board may be broken(no output signal) somehow...
Anyway, you can try reflashing the firmware for it to take a look:

Re: I think I have a NEW extruder problem
Well, this is the first I've heard of there being a software package FOR the Geeetech!
The book it came with said to download Slic3r and Cura.
I'll have to try that tonight.
I tried going through Arduino. I'm no stranger to Arduino. I found at least 2 different links in the forum that lead me to 2 different Zip files both claiming to be for the Sanguinololu that my printer has and NEITHER of them included a ".ino" file. Just Hex.
Thank you for the link. This might be a step in the right direction.

Re: I think I have a NEW extruder problem
Well, i just found there is no Mecreator in the "Printer Type"...
I think you can try the following firmware:
