Hi,
Don't know if this is this is the right place, but I ordered an MK8 extruder and it arrive broken and I notified support for 3 weeks now and got no answer.
Does anyone from official support in this forum?

I guess you can contact the sales(sales@geeetech.com) if you got it from the official website.
