Hi,
I got my Mecreator 2 printer on the 2nd of December and once I solved the first loose cables problems, I got this message :
I did some research on the net and found that was coming from a short circuit.
I examined all the printer and found that one of the thermocouple wires was pinched between the extruder chassis and the derivation box cover:
I restored the insulation and now the printer seems to report the temperature normally.
Can I reasonably ask Geeetech to send me a new part as the problem was not seen during the final quality check?
Thanks for any reaction and/or answer
FRED
