What a joke :x This has to be the worst thing I have bought in years! I bought this to do 3D prints! I have spent hours /Days and still have nothing!
I have a fan or one of them that screams all the time I have had to pull the plug out and have ordered another from Maplin! Even with out it connected to my computer I switch the machine on and using the LCD screen and going down to Prepare and then scrolling down to Auto home and pressing the button the X axis goes to the right when it gets to the end it makes horrible noises so you have to turn the power off put extruder back in the middle and then switch it back on! Until this is fixed you cant do anything with this machine except may be put £300 in the bin! I put a message on the board yesterday sent an answer to the question but nothing I looked at the firm ware and asked a question about that and also nothing!
How does one actually speak to a real person in the technical department. I didn't buy a 3D printer to become a typist or a computer expert! If you buy a printer or camera you take it back and they give you one that works but this is a joke! I am tired of waffling (Frustration) How do you actually use the Geeetech guarantee

Hi,Alex
The X endstop is on the left,so the motor should move to left to hit the X endstop. Therefore, your X motor has a wrong direction, you can modify it in the firmware:
1)Download the firmware for your printer and reflash the firmware again:
http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 20&t=17046
2)Upload the firmware again after that by referring this post:
http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 13&t=17181
If the direction is still wrong:
3)Refer to the following post to modify the wrong direction:
http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 17&t=17037
Then repeat the step 2.
