GT2560 REV A+

Hi
I have been working with my Geeetech prusa i3 pro B (GT2560 REV A) fine for a long time, but messing with drivers I have kill my 2560 board, so I bought two new boards from different vendors.
Both new boards are not "GT2560 REV A" they are "GT2560 REV A+", they have new jumpers for sensors, which is ok, but I am having some issues with the motors, they don't do anything at all.
Repetier-Host connects ok to the board ok, the extruder and the bed heats up, the fans spin, also PWM fan can be managed correctly. but when I hit any movement in X,y and Z, nothing happens at all and repetier-hosts starts saying "X command waiting", the same behaviour in both new boards.
I dint change anything since GT2560 REV A, I am using the same software downloaded from the wiki: http://www.geeetech.com/wiki/index.php/GT2560
Any sugestions? tests?
Thanks in advance.
Marcos
