Wrong parts / defective rostock g2s

Hi, I emailed support and they asked me to post my message here.
Hi, I bought a Rostocks g2s dual printer with all metal extruder. I have a few concerns/ questions:
-The main issue is that this did not come with the "All Metal Extruder" as titled and in the pictures. It had a 3D printed extruder that had a broken part that holds the extension rods. I zip tied it for testing. After finishing set up, i did a few test prints and the Hot end plastic holder melted and the end came out during a print. This happened printing PLA at 195 degrees, Yes the fan is working.
-The z axis bearing holders are 3d printed too? shouldnt they be molded or metal?
-One of the extruder extension cables had the wrong end on it. I modified it to work for now.
-Do I need the fans for the extruder at the top? its just feeding filament, doesnt heat up?
-The Fan-pwm port for hot end on the main board doesnt work. I powered the fan with an extruder port.
Please Help and advise,
Thanks for your time,
Dave.
