Extruder 1 and Extrude 3

I have this problem

in X0 Y0 Z0 the extruder are at the same height (touch al the 2)
at X -54.7 Y 54 Z0 extruder 1 touch and extruder 2 does not touch
at X 54.7 Y -54 Z0 extruder 1 does not touch and extruder 2 touch

what's the problem?

seems your nozzle is in a convex plane, have you adjusted the "detla_radius" offset? And you can leave the 2nd hotend along, first to make sure the hotend1 is the same height to all the 3 coordinates, and then level the 2 hotends, that might be better.
