ACCORDING TO YOUR WEB SITE YOU HELP EVERY ONE. THIS IS NOT TRUE. MY PRINTER IS 1 1/2 WEEKS OLD, I HAVE A BAD POWER SUPPLY AND A BAD MAIN BOARD, ALL I GET FROM YOU PEOPLE IS LIP SERVICE. I NEED FOR YOU TO SEND MAIN BOARD AND POWER SUPPLY SO THAT I CAN KEEP MY BUSINESS GOING. I AM READY TO GO UP ON TWITTER AND FACE BOOK WITH MY PROBLEM PRINTER SO THE WORLD CAN KNOW THAT I AM NOT GETTING ANY HELP FROM THE MANFG, THIS WILL NOT BE GOOD FOR BUSINESS AND SALES. Take it easy. Can you send me the link of the listing which you bought the printer? We don't know your order number, and we can't find a customer named Steve Raymond. So please give me your purchase information as specific as possible.
