3d touch Problem

Hi, I can't send G Code to the 3d Touch sensor . Z home doesn`t work and the the nozzle shock with the hotbed The wiring is ok and the firmware is modified like in the user manual. If i switch on the printer, 3DTouch start with the selftest and the pin is going downUp two times. The LED is on all the time.
