So I swapped out the end stops and all the end stops in question are working correctly. The Z axis is still only rotating 10 rotations on the Home and stopping. During the rotations the end stop doesn't stop it even when switched to a new one. The one in question works on the new axis fine.

Also it's still not going upwards still, after changing the direction from false to true it will climb just like it descended but only after a firmware change..

Hi,

I bought a volt meter and I've checked all the stepper driver voltages and they are all set to .98v and the Z axis driver is set to 1v. However there is no change in the z axis behavior. It it still able to rotate in one direction only for 10 turns and stops.
Do I have a board issue? What do you think I should do next?

Thanks,
Dan

I've noticed that on the main interface it says Z endstop hit when I press the Z axis in the up direction. I unplugged all the end stops to see if it would move upward in that case and it's still not moving. Still goes down 10 rotations tho..

Is there a bit of firmware I should check to see if the z axis is deactivated or something odd? if all the end stops are unplugged from the board why would it say it's reading it? Software or hard ware?
