Have installed Easy Print but the program will not slice my stl file. Also can not see the complete window in setting mode.

You can click on "Settings" then enter "Custom" mode:

Here a sample, that the buttons below i can not see. Slicer have no function in my programm.

The software finds the printer and gives a "connected status" , other than that it does not do anything else. Same error reported in other posts.

Oops,so you didn't have a complete window as William's?
For slicer issue,you can uninstall the software then reinstall it to other disks to take a look.

Did you check if you have selected the right printer?
And you can try flashing firmware via "Help->Update firmware" then reconnect it to see if there is a difference.

Can not select the right printer. He wants always Me Creator and i have I3 Pro X. He want only Update Me Creator. Can not set the com port also.

And you can try flashing firmware via "Help->Update firmware" then reconnect it to see if there is a difference.

I did tried to update firmware but it comes out with a "failed update", I have selected the right printer as well, many times.

Have installed the Programm to another partition of hard disc, but see the incomplete window also.

You selected the right printer,and did you select the right COM port(maybe there are some other USB devices on your computer)?
