Case 2007 cx36B

Hi, so I have got myself a case 2007 cx36B. Whenever I am looking at used heavy equipment for sale I make sure to check for any kind of issues before purchasing, did so with this too. But now one of the tracks is slower than the other even though I took pressure readings and both sides were almost the same. The hydraulic pressure is different in high and low speeds when deadheading. I don’t really know what’s going on, I don’t want to throw around money before actually figuring it out. Any help would be great. Thanks.
