Could someone point me in the right direction please or tell me what I am doing Wrong.
I build my i3 pro and double checked everything before turning it on. I uploaded your easy print soft ware to my laptop, then I turned on printer and plugged it into laptop checked all settings on the software by selecting make of printer etc and hit connect, but all it does is two of the motors click as if them locking in etc and that's all.
I am unable to centre the printer nor even move any of the axles.
It has now been 4 days trying to get it to run etc but nothing it is becoming to where it will end up in the bin.
I have search everywhere to find info or a video on what I am doing wrong and there is loads of video of this printer but nothing really worth watching, even if I have watch nearly all of them.
So this evening I will double check everything and if nothing then I give up. I have even tried to contact the team of geeetech for help and had no joy.
It is like I it dead other than powering up that's about it. I will try uploading a video of what it is doing.

thanks for now
best regards

Hello.

Do not give up because there is no reason. ;)

Have you looked into the subforum with your printer model in search of a solution :?:

You need to know which axes you are having problems with the drive. You haven't written anything about it here. :geek:

i finally got it up and running and it started to print the problem was the instruction are very poor and i went back to them but did a few things different and found the end points to x and y where in wrong place.

now half way throw a print and the temp signal came up error to the low temp and now it will not print so going to let it sit as i have updated the firmware but it was already up to date. so i think with trying to set it up and everything else and now being 3.20 am in morning here in the uk i can now get to bed and start fresh in morning.
i thank you for your reply and now i am out of here till my next issue lol again thanks for the reply i will keep you posted on out come.

1 other thing how do you clean nozzle as i think that is not helping i mean i have done what i can to clean but can not truly say it is 100% clean cheers

I also just built the printer, but no Motors, Extruder, and Heat table work. I downloaded Easy Print, and have USB communication and Port identification, but nothing moves when trying the controls. Fans work though, HA! And now the LCD is blank! WTF!!

Two tests you can try to roughly figure out where the problem might locate:
