x axis not working. HELP PLEASE

i have problem with my i3 pro b. so first was the z and x axis problem wich i solved with new gt2560, but now i have problem with x axis. whenever i try to home or just move x axis the motor is not working. i can move it with my fingers, so it looks like he is not getting any current. i tried swaping it with y axis and switching drivers (wich works) and it was working. now could it be that both of my gt2560 have problem with x port or could it fe software issue.
