New printer..out of box PSU not working

Having recently brought a new i3 pro B.All the build went well.Have checked and rechecked.And we are left with no conclusion other than we have a faulty PSU..Theres no green lit led on the psu itself..And the machine doesnt power up.How do we go about a replacement ?We brought through Amazon..And they just refer to makers ?Thanks in advance for any answers...
