Hey all,

it would be great if you could point me to the right direction! I'm currently working on a OrangePi-based handheld device and have started printing out parts on my A10. Now the quality with less complex stuff is alright, but the logo is.. well, I won't have to throw it away, but it will need some manual reworking. Maybe someone can look at my pics and the slicer config and tell me if there's something really wrong with it?

Or is the level of detail just too small for the printer to handle?

I'm using PrusaSlicer 2.2.0 Alpha2, firmware is Vertabreak's Marlin-B454, with calibrated extruder. Filament is ColorFabb NGEN.

Try to use original slic3r, not prusa clone.

Errors what I see
- too fat
- hotbed not sticking tiny details - push it a bit higher.

I've re-leveled the bed and used Slic3r this time (same settings).

How to resolve the too-fat-issue? The extrusion width is set to auto, should I set it to a manual value?

Comparisons (top: new print with Slic3r, bottom with the Prusa version):

Filament, Extrusion multiplier. Set value by 0.07 lower.

Auto width is not good for all prints. Look at A10M HQ profiles.

Low heights are problematic. See my profile for A10M (not A10) where is implemented height temperature profile and profile for low objects. At github is more recent version than here. You have glass, so starting gcode should be same as from A10M. My A10 profile is for PEI sheet, but you should use it on glass too (while my A10M profile for glass is PEI destroyer).
