Extruder does not follow slic3r

Hello,
I have some issues with my geeetech i3 pro C.
The extruder does not seem to follow what slicer told him to do.
Here is what I see on repetier-host when I start the print And here is what I got on the first layer
As we can see mainly in the central figure and in the two green areas, there is definitly a problem
At first I thought it was a belt tension problem. But after the shift, the extruder goes back to the good position and continue it's job.
I found this problem on many of my prints and everytime it's at the same spot. If I launch this model again, I will have the same shifting problem, at the same spot.
I'd like to know if this a a known problem, and what can I do to solve it.
Thx
