Pick my print

Hi all I have recently purchased and started using my first 3d printer so im very new to this, Printer is a Pro b
Things seem to be working ok though im wondering if the print quality can be improved on
Heres a pic of my last print and Im wanting those in the know to pic its defects and steer me in the right direction
Print is in PLA with a .02 layer height, 60* bed and 200 nozzle temps, file lifted from thingiverse and loaded through repetier host
