Thinking of changing my hotend

I've been playing for some time with my M201 (about 6 months) and have it must be said got some pretty good quality prints out now and again (mostly bits to improve the printer), but I really am losing patience with this 2 in 1 hot-end!
Whenever I am doing a larger print, I really have to nurse the two feeds, in case one decides to block and reduce the flow (I rarely venture away from the standard 96% - 4% ratio, unless I have time on my hands).
I'm seriously thinking of ditching the 2in1 and going to a single hot-end, and the E3D lite6 looks to be a good option. Anyone got any experience of changing the hot-end? or using that hot-end on a different printer?
Thanks
Mark
