Maybe you can try to tight the extruder gear, on an A20m, which have two extruder, I was getting this kind of default on one color, and it was because the filament was slipping on the extruder gear.
There is a screw on the extruder for the gear tension. Look here viewtopic.php?t=61882

Same effect I was get today, but it is due bad PTFE tube...
13mm3/s was too much...
10mm3/s was too much...
8mm3/s was too much...
6mm3/s was too much...
Maybe tube is "overused", but filament does not want to go through easily via tube alone and make waves inside tube. Like it is not PTFE?

TIP: tight all screws and wheels (except right side of Z axis) and re-align frame while assembly. And silence it.
