Check if you can extrude some material using repetier without problems, check if you are using the right temperatures, remember to always keep your fan on to avoid clogs. If you can't extrude material you probably have clog. What slicer are you using? Try with craftware, repetier and slicer didn't work for me and my printer and now I have no problem with craftware but you'll have to use your sd card to print. And remember to calibrate as much as possible.
