First layer problem

Post by gepd » Sun May 22, 2016 7:29 am

I'm having a problem with the first layer of all my printings.
I mostly print rectangular shapes. When the print finish the first layer always has a filament that I have to cut off, to a better understanding I'll attach some images.

I'm using PLA, the extruder is at 210° in the first and other layers
and the bed 80° with the first and other layers

Can someone tell me how can I solve that?

Hello, colleague, I see there two possible problems - low extruder temperature for your filament and low filament flow too. As a first step you need increase filament flow, for example 5-10% plus.

Thanks Torm,
I'll try increasing the filament flow. I've already tried with higher extruder/bed temperature, but same issue

You can try with lower extruder/bed temperature, like the former 200' and the latter 65'.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
