Hello, I have had nothing but problems with this printer.

First: my printer came with one of the carriages and the spider cracked. No problem, Glued the spider and reprinted the carriage.
Second: One of the hotends melted. At 210 Degrees C. Thats crazy.
Third: the one problem that I'm unable to surmount is that two of the Smooth rods are not that smooth and not that great. I have massive binding problems on my X axis because these rods are out of tolerance. I have replaced the bearings with known good bearings and am having the same problems. I have gotten about one good print out of this printer in the month that I've had it. Pretty dissapointed.

for the melted hotend and rods, I think you can contact the seller to replace it. And may be try to update your G2S to a metal one, a metal spider and three metal carriages.

these printers are shit, i have had twice now on different boards melting cables and wires. and can't get refund as its not worth sending back due to postage cost, so they ship bad products and know you can return it as it cost about half of what the printer cost. they expect you to fix things that should not need fixing. they should work without worrying about your house burning down.
