Parts and Firmware issues.

Okay so I eventually figured out the PSU sent with my kit my dead.
While I wait for the vendor to get back to me about replacing this I built my own out of a Pc PSU.
I am only using this so that I can calibrate my machine ready for when I get a replacement.
Now the firmware situation with this printer is ridiculous!
The diagonal rods are 200mm center to center and not the 183mm the firmware is expecting.
Motors are configured to travel in the wrong direction.
The auto level switch is triggered when it should be open..
+ A few more issues I have forgotten for now.
I now have Psu that was dead on arrival.
Small minor parts (washers and bolts) missing from the kit.
As well as a snapped spider which was driven in to the bed by poor provided firmware.
To be fair the spider was already cracked when it arrived but I glued it together thinking it would do until I printed a new one!
I have wired everything as per the instructions, now please provide me with adequate firmware to run this printer.
Bare in mind that I have 200mm diagonal rods that I have and that the printer thinks zero is about 7mm below the bed.
I cannot lower the bed as it is already at it's lowest point and I have the end stops screws set at their shortest usable height.
I really think you should have attached a warning note to these in the kit stating that the firmware needed to be adjusted to these, this would have saved a few snapped spiders I am sure.
Please publish this post and provide me with a solution, as I do not want to have to take my issues to other forums or YouTube.
