Delta Rostock Mini G2 dual extruder- First startup help?

Okay, after much trouble the printer is assembled ,finally
problems I encountered was;
-M6 washers between Diagonal Rods and rod-end bearingholder for Spider and Carriage was too large so I had to remove them completely,
Yes accuracy will not be good but rather that than not to move fully (washers hit the rod ends) have to buy other washers later
- the spider was cracked in the mount so had to glue it temporarily
- LCD display connectors were marked with EXP1 and EXP2? and there is nowhere to find how to connect them ... anyway EXP1 = LCD and EXP2 = SD card

Installation:
First of all I installed the drivers for GT2560 so the computer can find the USB cable to the printer
http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/CDM ... tified.exe

After that I installed Repetier-Host 1.0.6
immediately when Repetier Host is newly installed, I can connect and temperature of the heat bed and extruders are shown but nothing works ...
no preheating, no stepper motor or extruder works, no fan and no auto-leveling.
but as soon as I unplug the usb and connect again, I get:
"The given port name does not start with COM/com or does not resolve to a valid serial port.
Parameter name"

LCD display only works when the USB cable is connected to your computer
If i have the power unit on or off makes no difference?

later on how do i set Repetier for dual extruders? (I have 1 roll ABS 1.75 and a PLA 1.75 0.3mm nozzle) How do I set the offset between the extruders?

hi,my apology for delay in responding.According to you description, the firmware is ok.Maybe the psu have problems .so,the lcd could not read anything with no power.now, please check the fuse and psu output voltage.
1.Measure the output voltage of psu.The output voltage should be 12V.
2.Check the fuse on the board.if the fuse is burned out.

Ye it was the PSU, i had connected it wrong ... embarrassing but true
Anyway next problem, when I try to auto leveling the printer slamms extruders down the heat bed and keep on going until i emergency stop it manually?
it´s like the probe aren't even there? not responding to it... if i maualy hit the X Y Z probe it stops but not for the extruder probe?
i have changed contacts to test if the probe works and it does..... any ideas?

hi,did you put down the probe when auto leveling.please refer to the link.if not ,the probe will not hit the hot bed,and the probe endstop will not be triggered.

yes the probe was down... :|
The probe connector should sit between Y and Z endstop right?

the probe should be connected to z-min.

yeah what I can see from the instructions, the z min is between Y and Z endstop .... since the probe obviously does not work, can i change anything so I can level manually? Three weeks without a single extrusion from the printer starts to feel like a big joke :| I just want to get shit going (btw this moderator/administrator approval is kinda lame, it´s like 24h wait time for every question  )
I understand that it might not be so many others who can answer these kinds of questions here, but still

Start to think i have to get a engineer degree to get this printer going?
How do i get the frikin firmware in to the printer then?
I have restarted the computer so i can connect printer in Repetier...Start Audrino 1.6.5, changed name on RKMA_GT2560_双头 folder to Marlin (get error otherwise)
i gues it sould be connected in repeter becaus if not i cant change port in tools?
changed bord to Audrini mega and port to Com3 in tools
opened Marlin.ini and set Bord to 34? (34 = RAMPS 1.3 / 1.4 (Power outputs: Extruder0, Extruder1, Bed))
do i need to change #define SERIAL_PORT 0 to somthing like #define SERIAL_PORT COM3 or is port 0 Auto?
When i press Verify i get:

Arduino: 1.6.5 (Windows 7), Board: "Arduino Mega or Mega 2560, ATmega2560 (Mega 2560)"
Build options changed, rebuilding all
qr_solve.cpp:7:18: fatal error: time.h: No such file or directory
#include <time.h>
compilation terminated.
Error compiling.
This report would have more information with
"Show verbose output during compilation"
enabled in File > Preferences.
