Newbie Printing problem with I3 Pro C

I have just completed the assembly of my I3 Pro c. Everything went reasonable well. I have done my table leveling and all. when i started my first print, it started off OK but after a number of layers, it started to peal off. Since then, with about 50 attempt, I cannot get the filament to stick to the glass. i have tried glue, hair spray, as acetone, but i cannot get the print to start. At some point i thought it was a leveling issue, but i have done it now several times and i'm sure it is good. I have also tried several slic3r settings from different websites. The only thing that I can think of is that my extruder is not pushing enough filament through. Is there a way that I can confirm that the feed rate is correct? My understanding is that if you extrude 10mm manually, there is suppose to move 10mm filament into the extruder. Is this correct? If so, then mine system is not pushing 10mm in.

10mm means move 10mm filament into extruder.

Thank you. Mine is not doing that, it will move around 5mm only. I will check the mechanical setup of the extruder because I assume the setting is the firmware is correct.

What motor driver are you using? A4988 or DRV8825?

I have A4988 motor drives. (The second extruder is not working at all. If I swap the extruders and then extruder 2 is working, so I think the problem is with the driver board on the second extruder.)

Please check the status of swithes (or jumper caps) under extruder motor driver: All the switches should be on(Or 3 jumper caps should bed plugged under A4988).
To check if the second extruder motor driver is fine: swap second extruder motor driver with a fine driver( x for example), then let all the axes auto home, if x axes moves, the second extruder motor driver is fine.

I’m really getting frustrated with this problems. I have been struggling for weeks now and I’m not getting the printer to work.
To summarize:
For the problem that I cannot print. I think extruder 1 is not feeding enough filament so I did the following: I cut a small piece of filament and feed it into the extruder. I then manual feed until a good flow of plastic come out of the nozzle. I then measured the filament before the extruder. I then command 10mm feed. I did that with g-code as well as with the Repetier interface. Every time ±1mm filament go into the extruder. I please my hand on the filament and I can feel the stepper is pulling without slip. So I don't think the stepper is working too hard or there is slippage, there must be a setting wrong, please help !!
To summarize:
For the second extruder not working. I have swapped the cables for extruder 1 and extruder 2 to prove that the stepper motor and the cable is good. I've swapped the A4988 boards of z-axis and extruder 2 to prove that driver board is good. I have downloaded the firmware send by support.
Extruder is still not working. I set the temp of extruder 2 to 200°C and i can see the temp going up on the LCD as well as on the Repetier screen. I have downloaded the latest version of Repetier Host and configured it to match the Repetier GEEEtech host but all the problems is still there.
Please help!!
I don't know if the following information would be helpful.
My firmware is as follows:
17:04:10.510 : FIRMWARE_NAME:Marlin V1; Sprinter/grbl mashup for gen6 FIRMWARE_URL:http://firmware.ultimaker.com PROTOCOL_VERSION:1.0 MACHINE_TYPE:Ultimaker EXTRUDER_COUNT:2 UUID:00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
I have also noticed the following:
17:04:10.458 : echo:SD init fail
Also my Extruder fan is always running: even if i try to switch it off from the Repetier manual control.

I bought the kit for acrylic i3 pro c. I have some of the same issues. The second extruder does not respond to repetier host. It does heat. I have checked the a4988 drivers and switching them with another makes no difference. The driver works when driving a different axis. I also tried plugging extruder one wire leads into the extruder 2 stepper motor to make sure it works, and it does. It just will not extrude any filament. I have check all connections, including the caps under the a4988. Extruder one has printed successfully. I really think that the gt2560 board that was sent with printer is no good. I was also sent a bad a4988 driver with the printer and had to order one to get the printer to work after I built it. Is there a way to verify that the board is bad?
I switched to my laptop because I wanted to free up my computer that I use at my shop for my cash register. The laptop connects to printer in repetier host, but Slic3r configuration will not open on my laptop. When using CuraEngine it will slice, but then it barely puts out any filament. I mean so thin you can see through it after several layers. It even looks like crap on the computer screen, like it is intending to use less than half the filament that it should when you see it on screen. I printed it on my other computer when I used Slic3r to slice, and it came out good. How do I get the configuration to open for slic3r? When I click on it, it gives a circle that is like the computer is thinkingm, but it disappears immediately and nothing else happens.

If you have a Geeetech prusa I3 B or prusa I3 C whose control board is GT2560, and the extruder is not working, the problem is caused by the firmware Marlin V1.0.2, please try to re-upload the modified firmware here.
We have tested with some customers, all of them works well now, you can have a try.
