If you are using Rostock Delta, it should be connected to Z-MIN slot, it is at the position of red wires. And endstops should be connected to X-MAX,Y-MAX,Z-MAX.
In the picture, the slots which have been plugged with wires are X-MIN,Y-MIN,Z-MIN.

I am sorry to tell you that Geeetech has not use auto bed leveling for i3, so I can't tell you how to connect it.
Z-MIN slot is used to connected z endstop.

I bought both capacitive and inductive probes that are used for auto leveling and have a holder than can attach to the extruder holder. I would love to try them on my i3B pro as an experiment if I could get guidance from GEEETECH on how to do it. Also, is the command for autoleveling implemented in the firmware for the i3B pro?

You need to change the firmware yourself to successfully implement auto leveling. But if your mainboard is Sanguinololu, you can't do it becuase there is no extra connector for auto leveling.

A couple of questions about auto-leveling modification.

1. With the Sanguinololu board, can I just replace the z end stop switch with the capacitive probe and use this both for z end stop and auto leveling?
2. In implementing autuleveling in firmware, is there a guide to how to do it?
3. If I want to replace the board, which one do you recommend that would make the implementation easy?

Sorry, I don't know how to answer your question, because I've never tried it. The only thing I know is GT2560 and Ramps1.4 support have extra pins to support auto leveling. If I have to choose, I choose GT2560.
