I've assembled the following printer kit - http://www.ebay.com/itm/231455591101?_t ... EBIDX%3AIT.
Everything worked fine with ABS but then i tried printing with PLA - 1.75 mm.
The first question
How to control the retraction in repetier cause at 180 degree the pla starts to leak out of the extruder and causes a lot of problems.
The second one
Can someone send me the setting for SLICER for this particular model printing with 1.75 mm PLA ?
The third one
Do i need to remove the filament each time printing done ?

1. This is the character of PLA, you can't control it.
2. You should tell the nozzle diameter.
3. You don't need to remove the filament every time you finish printing.

My nozzle diameter is 0.3 mm, PLA diameter is 1.75 mm.
I also wanted to ask:
1. Is there any way to automate the removing of extra filament that leaks out during the idle process ?
2. After printing several bridge and overhang tests my model failed to some filament flows out in places when the walls are too thin. It means i need to play around temperature settings etc or i just need to use supporting material? For PLA i use 190°- hotend and 70°- bed.

P.S. Example of printing problems in attachement. Will appreciate any advice.

Here is the attachment

1. The filament ,which leaks out during idle process, will stick on hotbed when extruder is moving to start point.
2. You can try to decrease the extruder temperature to 180 degrees, decrease extruder steps to 90 via LCD(Control>motion>Estep/mm). And you can modify a parameter in slicer setting. Look at the picture,raise the value to 2mm.
