CONNECTING AND HEAT BED

hI THIS IS A NEW PRINTER OUT OF THE BOX, I HAVE DOWN LOADED THE SOFTWARE FROM THE WEB SITE REPETIER HOST. AND EVEN THE EXTRUDER IS NOT HEATING UP. CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM THANKS :cry:

Is the extruder connected correctly? What is mainboard type?

Did you change something of firmware? Where is your firmware from?

RepetierHost is not firmware, it is a software used to print model online, control the printer, and save stl files as g-code file to print offline.

HELLO!
I KEEP TELLING YOU THAT THE PRINTER IS DOA. THERE IS NO POWER COMING OUT OF THE PRINTER, NO LIGHTS NOTHING
