Printing Quality

Post by abulafi » Mon Mar 23, 2015 5:03 pm

My printer is Acrylic Pro B and since I got it I am trying to reach similar quality as some of the parts your sent with printer (see the image below), but with no success.

What printer did you use to print these parts and with which material?

Hi,abulafi
We use Prusa i3 B to print these parts.
I think it's not the printer quality issue, it's because your slicer settings are not so good.
Please tell me you filament diameter and nozzle diameter, I can share my own settings with you.

Thank you for information.
But these settings seems to be for ABS, isn't it?
I noticed that from the heatbed and nozzle temperature.

Actually , the main difference between ABS and PLA is temperature. Look at the picture:

Using the setting you sent I had an enormous improvement. See the results :).
Do you have similar settings for 0.1 mm PLA?
Thank you

Hi, Leo
Does "0.1mm PLA" means 0.1mm diameter nozzle, or 0.1mm diameter filament?
