ramps 1.4 with mega 2560 issues

ramps 1.4 with mega 2560 issues
i purchased the prusa i3 with ramps 1.4 on an arduino mega 2560, everything seems to be hooked up correctly and i installed marlin like the wiki page instructed but i am not able to get any movement from any of the stepper motors nor am i able to heat the bed or the hot end. im not sure if it is a firmware issue or a faulty board. any help would be appreciated,

i have the drivers installed in my computer so i think that my new iduino is broken..
