I purchase a NEW BOARD ! ! !
I do not want a repaired board.
I was able to do the testing for you, and found the board has a short.
After removing these parts and finding more problems.
What do I do then, buy more parts and fix the board myself.
To high of temperature on iron and I could damage more things.
I am not comfortable making any repairs.
You sold defective a product.
I want the board REPLACED.

It is almost impossible for us to ship you a defect driver. But it may be caused during transportation.As you know international transportation is hard to control, the package may not be treated friendly or handled improperly on its way to you.
