sd card issues stop printing

hallo there
when i use the pc to print a file every thing is all-right . the printer has terminated the job without problems ...when i try to reprint the same file(job) using the direct print with the SD card the printer stopped a 88%
when i try to do some think to keep printing and not loose my job the printer did not respond
(*the printing job was 4 hour 35 min )
So can you help me with that problem ??
