Delta rostock mini

Post by mickyk70 » Tue Apr 28, 2015 7:16 am

I need help leveling my build plate. The printer connects, heat bed heats, extruder heats, however I cannot seem to properly level the system to get anything to print. When I try and print something the hot head slams into the bed and I have to quickly disconnect the system. I have tried several times to properly level the system but I dont think it is working. Please help.

Because the maximum moving length of axis is set in firmware, and the printer starts printing at the maximum length, if the bed is too high, the nozzle will touch it and make a noise. So lower the hot bed properly, or let the axis touch the endstops later, naturally, the actual maximum length will increse.
