Here are some more setting I changed. I slowed down my perimeter print speed, increased my perimeter wall to 4 (number of external layers or shells), and increased my extrusion multiplier to 3. I have learned 3D printing is a trial and error thing. You may need to play with those until you get what you want. I am happy with the results I am getting now.

FYI: I am using Matter Control for my 3D printer software. The other one has the same settings, but the names may be a little different.

This might be an extruder issue, not related to movement. Could you please take some close photos for your extruder or better make a video of your printer while printing. It might be that the extruder screw is too tight or too loose.

After I Tighten the Y axis belt , I look better ^_^
only some surface have hole or big spot .

As your advise to check extruder , My Extruder screw is so tight and I try to set them again , It make feed better , Thanks ^^

My Y-axis is loose and I make it more tighter . it make oveall better
