About tip or technic for calibrate hot bed

HI
I have many problem about setting Hot bed
I must set them everytime, many minute and always to set wrong in some coner so it make defect print.


Anyone have any Tip , Technic for setting Hot bed to suitable for print ?

Home z first.Move the extruder to 4 corners of hotbed. Everytime you move the extruder to one corner, rotate the screw on that corner until the distance between hotend and hotbed is 0.1-0.2mm.
When you are moving the extruder, you can see the distance between hotend and hotbed through the reflect light on glass may change.
