ribbons on display panel

ribbons on display panel

Which ribbon is which on the display panel neither is marked as to which is SD Card and which is LCD Encoder . . Only place any marking is, is on the controler board ..Nothing on cable, nothing underside of connectors, nothing on the display board !

The ribbons for them are the same. You can connect them as the pic shows:

This is what the instructions say: "There are two cables, one is for LCD encoder, the other is for SD card, do not connect them reversed." I had the same question... so the ribbons are the same, but they are not for two separate functions? I went ahead and just plugged them in as Mark said they are the same, but kinda paranoid.

the 2 cables have no difference.just connect the 2 end of the cable to correct connector.for example,if you connect one end to lcd slot ,another end is connected to sd slot on mianboard,the lcd will be blank and is not readable.
