Duplicator 5, Y and Z are flipped... causing the motors to keep turning.. even when reaching the end

Hello,
I have a problem with my duplicator 5.

I just assembled then and now the Y and Z are flipped... causing the motors to keep turning.. even when reaching the end..

The X axis, it has a direction from left to right and when it reaches the end it stops and walks a little backwards (I think that is correct).

The Y Axis, moves from the back to the front but when reaches the end , the motor keep turning, i need to use the "emergency stop"

The Z axis moves Up to Down and didnt stop too, i need to use the emergency stop.

At the beginning, the Z and Y axes had the opposite direction, but I installed the "duplicator" firmware and changed the directions of both axes.

What can I do to correct this problem?
