Hello,

I assembled my Prusa i 3 pro W yesterday and the z-Axis won't move properly in the lower section. I took of the threaded rods and let only the motors spin. You can see in this video, that the couplings are not running smoothly.

In the second video i put on the threaded rods again. In the upper part the motors can move but you can see it is very irregular. The Rods are straight. Do I need new couplings or can I fix this somehow?

I think you should mount the couplings as I show you. The shaft of the motor should go into the hole of coupling more length.
